Colour: Subtle red with pale, brilliant salmon glints.
Nose: Medium to high intensity aromas with red berry and citrus fruit notes. Palate: Refreshing with a creamy-textured foam, red berry fruit flavours with good acidity giving a refreshing finish.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 4-6°C.
FOOD PAIRING: Perfect with appetisers or as an end-of-meal drink. It pairs very well with all types of charcuterie and especially with Bellota Iberian ham.
