The items offered through this website are only available for shipment to Spanish territory, except Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. All orders are subject to product availability. To place an order, you must follow the online purchase procedure and click on “Authorize payment”. In order to buy, you need to register as a Vegamar customer. If this is the first time, create a new account by entering a valid email address. A form will appear where you must fill in all the fields to be able to register as a Vegamar customer.

In the event that you had previously registered, you only have to enter your email address and password.

Once registered, you must indicate 2 addresses:

1- The delivery address, where the product you have chosen will be sent and on which the shipping cost will be calculated.
2- The billing address, where the invoice corresponding to the order will be sent.

The order is considered firm when the customer receives the approval of Vegamar through email. Once the purchase is made and payment is authorized, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order (the “Order Confirmation”).
We will also inform you by email that the product is being sent (the “Shipping Confirmation”).

Shipping costs are € 6 for the province of Valencia for each shipment and € 9 for the rest of the peninsula. For orders over € 100, shipping costs are FREE.

The prices of the website include VAT, but exclude shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount. The prices are valid for peninsular Spain. For orders to the Balearic and Canary Islands send an email to info@vegamar.es and we will advise you on prices and delivery times.

All items are served perfectly packed, packaging designs cannot be chosen.

Payment is made by bank transfer or credit card. Once the payment is completed, we will send an e-mail to your email address with the order details and we will proceed to the shipment that will be delivered from 3-5 days, depending on availability and destination.

Unless there are circumstances arising from the personalization of the products, or there are unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances, we will send the order consisting of the products / s related in each Shipping Confirmation within the period indicated on the website according to the shipping method selected and, in any case, within a maximum period of 3-5 business days from the date of the Order Confirmation.

If for some reason we could not meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option to proceed with the purchase by establishing a new delivery date or cancel the order with the full refund of the price paid. If it is impossible for us to deliver your order, your order will be transferred to the offices of the transport agency and notice will be sent to you. If we could not contact the order it will be returned to our warehouse. We will also leave you a note explaining where your order is located and how to make it sent again. If you are not going to be at the place of delivery at the agreed time, please contact us to arrange delivery on another day. If 15 days have elapsed since your order is available for delivery, the order has not been delivered for cause not attributable to us, we will understand that you wish to withdraw from the contract and we will consider it resolved. As a result of the termination of the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, with the exception of delivery costs and additional costs resulting from the election by you of a delivery method different from the mode chosen in your initial order. Please note that the transport derived from the resolution may have an additional cost, so we will be authorized to pass the corresponding costs.
