WINE REGION: This Cava sparkling wine was created with the greatest care and attention for our natural surroundings and for the future of our environment. It is produced from organically-grown grapes and vinified according to the most environmentally-friendly principles. The grapes are harvested at the beginning of September from vineyards which are directly facing the mid-day sun. The constant aim is to make a Cava that displays finesse and abundant fruit flavour. This is the first official organically-grown Cava of the Valencia region and is produced solely with grapes from our land.
VARIETIES: Macabeo and Chardonnay.
Colour: Straw-yellow with green tones. Lively, fine and long-lasting bubbles.
Nose: Clean and fresh with aromas of white fruits and citrus notes showing through against a very elegant backdrop of patisserie.
Palate: Round with a smooth mouth-feel. Its effervescence envelops the palate with ripe fruit notes coming through in a lingering finish.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 6-8°C.
FOOD PAIRING: Ideal with fish based rice dishes, seafood cream, blue and smoked fish.
