TASTING NOTE:
Colour: Bright red with brick hues.
Nose: Of medium high intensity, with hints of oak, cedar and spices on a background of ripe fruit. Of high intensity, with good balance of ripe fruit mixed with vanilla and toasted oak souvenirs.
Palate: Soft, very well-trained tannins and good acidity that highlights an aftertaste of ripe fruit and wood. Round, well balanced with good sweet tannins and balanced acidity, easy to drink, but persistent.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 14-16°C.
FOOD PAIRING: Ideal for pairing with red meat, sausages and cheeses.
