TASTING NOTES:
Colour: A pale yellow Cava with some steely glints. Fine, creamy bubbles.
Nose: Very clean and precise with red berry and citrus fruit aromas showing through against a backdrop expressing very elegant roasted almonds.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 6-8°C.
FOOD PAIRING: Ideal with seafood, based rice and white meat dishes.
BOTTLE SIZE: 75 cl.
