TASTING NOTES
Nose: Complex and balanced, well combined, they also feel red fruits without crushing. Floral orange blossom, citrus with lemon and orange peel, scrub, thyme, savory and lemon verbena, balsamic with mint and juniper, and with the just and pleasant point granted by Muscat. With long and enveloping end to nuts, highlighting the almond.
Mouth: Silky, dense, rich and tasty, muscatel and scrubland background, light but present citrus notes, the herbs feel well infused. The end is clearly for the almond, which gives it smoothness, power and lengthens the whole.
Gin and tonic recommended: With more citrus and bitter tonic: Ideal for purists who wish to discover different horizons. We will get a Gin Tonic with personality, complex and evolutionary, with marked Mediterranean connotations. With less bitter tonic: We get a Gin Tonic, round, silky and enveloping, long drink, very long, which will produce a sense of balance in all its phases.
