TASTING NOTES:
Colour: Deep red.
Nose: Very intensely aromatic, powerful, combining toasty French oak notes with very ripe red berry fruit.
Palate: Dense and impressive with very smooth, elegant tannins. A long, lingering finish with hints of jammy red fruit coming through together with toffee and with balanced acidity.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16-18°C.
FOOD PAIRING: Great with confit of duck, red meat dishes and game.
Protected Designation of Origin Valencia. Continental climate with Mediterranean influences. Clay-limestone soils.
