Unless there are circumstances arising from the customization of the products, or unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances occur, we will send you the order consisting of the product/s listed in each Shipping Confirmation within the period indicated on the website according to the shipping method. selected and, in any case, within a maximum period of 3-5 business days from the date of the Order Confirmation.
If for any reason we cannot meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option of continuing with the purchase by establishing a new delivery date or canceling the order with a full refund of the price paid. Keep in mind, in any case, that we do not make home deliveries on Saturdays or Sundays.
On dates close to Christmas we cannot guarantee these deadlines, although we try to ensure that the transport companies comply with them whenever possible.
For the purposes of these Conditions, it will be understood that the “delivery” has occurred or that the order has been “delivered” at the moment in which you or a third party indicated by you acquires the material possession of the products, which is will prove by signing the receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.
Shipping costs are €6 for the province of Valencia for each shipment and €9 for the rest of the peninsula. For orders over €100 shipping costs are FREE.
There is no shipment to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Collection in store between 2-3 working days. FREE shipping to store.
The items offered through this website are only available for shipment to Spanish territory, except the Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. All orders are subject to product availability. If there are difficulties in the supply of products or if there are no items in stock, we will refund any amount you may have paid.
To place an order, you must follow the online purchase procedure and click on “Authorize payment”. To be able to buy you need to register as a Vegamar customer. If this is your first time, please create a new account by entering a valid email address. A form will appear where you must fill in all the fields in order to register as a Vegamar customer.
In the event that you had previously registered, you will only have to enter your email address and password.
Once registered, you must indicate 2 addresses:
- The delivery address, where the product you have chosen will be sent and on which the cost of postage will be calculated.
- The billing address, where the invoice corresponding to the order will be sent.
The order is considered firm when the client receives Vegamar’s approval by email. Once the purchase has been made and the payment authorized, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order (the “Order Confirmation”).
Likewise, we will inform you by email that the product is being shipped (the “Shipping Confirmation”).

All items are served perfectly packed, packaging designs cannot be chosen.
Payment is made by bank transfer or credit card. Once the payment is complete, we will send an e-mail to your email address with the order details and we will proceed with the shipment, which will be delivered in 3-5 days, depending on availability and destination.
In the event that you detect that an error has occurred when entering your personal data during your registration as a user of this website, you can modify them in the “My Account” section.
In any case, you can correct errors related to the personal data provided during the purchase process by contacting customer service through the email address info@vegamar.es, as well as exercising the right of rectification contemplated in our Policy of Privacy and Cookies by the same means.
This web page shows confirmation windows in various sections of the purchase process that do not allow you to proceed with the order if the data in these sections has not been provided correctly.
Likewise, this web page offers the details of all the items that you have added to your basket during the purchase process, so that, before making the payment, you can modify the data of your order.
If you detect an error in your order after the completion of the payment process, you must immediately contact our customer service, at the telephone number or email address mentioned above, to correct the error.
If it is impossible for us to deliver your order, your order will be transferred to the offices of the transport agency and you will be notified. If we cannot contact the order, it will be returned to our warehouse. We will also leave you a note explaining where your order is and how to have it shipped to you again. If you are not going to be at the delivery location at the agreed time, please contact us to arrange delivery on another day. In the event that 15 days after your order is available for delivery, the order has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, we will understand that you wish to withdraw from the contract and we will consider it resolved. As a result of the termination of the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, with the exception of delivery costs and additional charges resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the method chosen in your initial order. Please, keep in mind that the transport derived from the resolution may have an additional cost, for which we will be authorized to pass on the corresponding costs.
