Description
TASTING NOTE:
Colour: Intense red with purple reflections.
Nose: High intensity, combining the aroma of ripe red fruit with a balsamic background and slight hints of liquorice.
Palate: On the palate it is broad, soft, velvety with a good structure of mature and elegant tannins. The end of the mouth is fresh and long.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 14-16°C.
FOOD PAIRING: Ideal to pair with baked rice, red meats and various sausages.
