Premium Arbequina Olives

Old sheep cheese that is matured for a minimum of 180 days. To the maturation period, an extra maturation period is added during the cheese remains with Iberian pork lard and branches of dry aromatic rosemary, in order to give it the characteristic and aromatic flavor of this cheese.
