GRAPE VARIETIES: 100% Tempranillo
WINE-MAKING: The grapes are carefully selected and picked by hand. After a 2-day pre-fermentation cold soak, the must is fermented at a controlled-temperature of around 24°C to bring out optimal aromatic expression. Nose: Layers of cherry, plum and red berry fruit with subtle touches of chocolate, coffee and toasty oak.
Palate: Full and fruity with a touch of vanilla. Soft tannins and a long pleasant finish.

FOOD PAIRINGS: Great with lamb chops, pâtés or game dishes.
