PRODUCTION AREA Rueda Designation of Origin. Made from Verdejo, the star grape variety in this region, the grapes are very carefully handled and vinified using the latest vinification techniques.
The result is a dry, fresh, fruity wine displaying brilliance and character.

TASTING NOTES
Colour: A pale-yellow colour with delicate golden glints.
Nose: Elegant aromas of citrus fruit, such as mandarins and oranges, together with notes of white flowers mingling with hints of dill and hay.
Palate: The flavours reflect the aromas found on the nose. The wine has well-integrated acidity, medium body and a pleasant fresh finish.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 6 to 8°C
FOOD PAIRINGS: Great with fish and seafood, vegetable salads or chilled soups.
