Description
This whisky has a very distinctive personality formed by the selection of different malts. It offers peaty nuances characteristic of the southern Highlands, and especially of Islay, combined with a delicacy reminiscent of the gentle, elegant grain whiskies of the north. However, it is the ageing process in the different types of barrels that we use that has the greatest influence, bringing this whisky great finesse.
In its blending, we have sought to merge the pedigree and personality of typical Scotch whisky with the finesse and elegance of great Japanese whiskies. In combining hints of leather and complex wood aromas with spices, mineral notes coming from the water, balsamic and elegant hints of red flowers mingling with fruit aromas, we have succeeded in producing a whisky of unique character.
